On the web page advert for the software you show a child's face superimposed onto a flower, how is this done?

Morpheus Photo Mixer or Animation Suite can create mixes. You can use the "Fade Selected Dots" button to selectively fade more from one picture vs the other in the Professional edition of either of those programs.
