GIF won't animate.....

I rendered a morph into an "animated GIF" file, and when I go back to view it, all I see is the original pic. Is there a way to "Kickstart" the stupid thing???

What program are you viewing the GIF in? Some image viewing programs will not view the animation, that is just how the program chooses to display it. Web browsers will typically animate GIFs if available.

I am using Paint Shop Pro 7.0....... I have made several morphs, and never had this trouble before. But even when I upload it to the pic site, it doesn't morph. The other ones have uploaded fine.

I even tried deleting it and re-rendering it with the same results.

Paint Shop Pro comes with a separate program Animation Shop which supports animated GIF. PSP itself will usually only display the first still frame from a GIF and nothing else.
Some picture websites may not support animation and may deliberately remove it, especially if they are designed for JPG digital camera pictures. You'd need to check with the operators of that particular website to know for sure.
