Cannot launch morpeus even though registered

I cannot launch morpheus despite the fact that it is registered etc.

messabe appears "must be on line" which I am then'program must be allowed internet access" How do I do that??

You are not activated yet if you see message like that, so the program will function as a trial until you activate. You must allow your software to let Morpheus.exe access morpheussoftware.net on the Internet. Normally, there is nothing preventing this, but if you are running firewall or proxy or internet security type software, these things may block access, even if you "disable" them. You would need to contact the individual authors of any such programs to know how to configure them. If Morpheus.exe can reach our website, it will be able to activate. The program would not report that you must be online unless it is effectively "offline" because access is blocked or you are in fact offline.
