Save as .mov????

Postby jmaiossa » Thu Dec 06, 2007 11:50 am

In the free download I was able to save my morphs as Quicktime .mov to share with family and friends. I just purchased the standard Morpheus Software and saving as a .mov is not an option. What's the problem????

Which specific program, and edition did you purchase? *.mov for one is only available in the Mac version, not Windows. Additionally, it is only available in the Professional edition of Morpheus Photo Morpher, Warper, an Animation Suite, but not Mixer.
The trial version of each program lets you try all features of all editions (Standard and Professional).

I have since figured out I need to buy the upgrade to Professional, which on the one hand was not a big deal because of the price, but on the other hand leaves a bad feeling as it was not made clear that the "Save as .mov" option was only available with the upgrade. In the tutorial, it should be made more clear which options are only available on the Standard version.

The tutorial and help files are all the same regardless of the edition of the program because Trial, Standard, and Professional are all the same installer and same executable file. It only changes the features or expiration based on if you enter an activation code and what code you enter.
The features are all listed at http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheu ... /about.php and on the purchase page again as well.

Yeah, I know -- think it still could be a little more clear. An upgrade usually means more capabilities with working with the software -- not with how you can save something.
