AVI Files??

Postby Chris » Thu Sep 27, 2007 9:24 am

I've used my Morpheus in videos before (been over a year though) and I'm trying to use it again.

I can't seem to find the .avi file to save it in, it's not giving me that option and I can't remember how I rendered my morph to get it to a movie???

My ONLY options when I render are:
.swf
.gif
.png
.jpg
.tif
.bmp
.tga
.xpm

Non of those work when I try to import it into a movie software??? I've done it before, either I can't remember how I did it or something happened to my .avi files?

Any help??
Thanks!

Chris

Check Help / About Morpheus for your current version/edition. You must have the Professional edition or higher to render to AVI files.

If you purchased an upgrade to Professional in the past and recently reinstalled the program but only entered your original Standard edition activation code, that would be on possibility.

I must admit, I was a little disappointed at this discovery also. I happened to download an evaluation of Morpheus Photo Morpher 3.00. During the evaluation period I was able to render beautiful quality AVI files.

Now I can't. :(

Is there any way of generating a nice GIF animation? I'm only able to create a pretty 'rough' looking GIF.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

G'day,

I guess it depends on what version you purchase. If I had known this, I would have bought the Professional version. Too late now, I've bought the standard. Oh well, live and learn.

GIF files are inherently somewhat poor quality because they are limited to 256 colors. This is not a limitation of Morpheus.

The download is the same regardless of Trial, Standard, or Professional. The trial lets you try all features, and the features unlocked past the trial depend on the activation code you enter.

You can upgrade to the Professional edition for the difference in price by selecting the Upgrade Discount on the purchase page on our website.
