I Beg Of You To Help The Village Idiot :(

I am a freelance photographer and I have been hired by a local rock band to make promo packs which will include a short dvd. I am trying to morph the 5 band members into one another. (an example of what i'm hoping to do would be one of this years american idol commercials or the one michael jackson video...black and white, i think) Anyhow...I've read the directions and followed them step by step with undesirable results. It doesn't look like their facial features are morphing into each other to make the next person at all....it just looks like a slideshow! Please....could someone help me? Tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or offer some tips, hints and tricks? I'm really in a time crunch to get this video done. Anything you can offer would be greatly appreciated!!!! I promise to pay you back somehow. I can offer custom photo editing, turn one of your pictures into a seamless background or make you an original myspace layout. Just please, please, please help me! :(

It sounds like you are not placing any dots on the picture, or perhaps not moving the dots on the other pictures to other locations.

I'm putting dots on the first picture and then re-arranging the the dots that show up by themselves on the other 4. I thought perhaps I am using too many dots?
