lenght of morphs between multiple images

hello, i'm using photo morpher pro and trying to make morph with 3 images. i loaded images, on timeline first morph is called morph 1 and second is morph 2. i want to be able to define lenght of those two morphs, which currently i don't know how to do. in morph->options->frames in this morph, i enter some number, let's say 300, and current rate is 15 fr/sec, which means that it will last 20 sec. on time line is highlightened morph1. then i highligh morph2 on timeline, go to above mentioned options and try to adjust them but can't.
i render all and first morph , from first to second pic is loooooong, and the morph from second to third pic is just that 15 fr/sec - 1 sec.
Why, what, how..........

i did my homework looking at your sample files,
and in morph-pro-grades.aml
i can see that first 7 morph are 25 frames long, and the 8th(last) is 12 frames long, but still can't figure it out where to 'click'...

'options' for each morph separately down on timeline!
which still doesn't explain why that 'options' up in main menu are relating on first morph only, and not on whole morph

The Morph/Options menu item is for the currently highlighted picture, which if you have 3 pictures will be Morph 1 for the first two pictures or Morph 2 for the 3rd picture.
Right-clicking the morph buttons and selection Options from that menu is an easier way to get to that morphs options though.
