Printing out 'help' notes

I bought the Serif version of Morpheus v.3 and updated
it online. How can I print out those useful "help" notes
pse? (No manual with the software and I can't find details
by trying to explore the CD).

Think I've just answered my own query;
I was still operating in beginner mode and now
seem able to print out selected hint/help notes!

I'm not sure what help notes or pse are, but the manual is all included inside the program and you can view it from the Help menu.

Forgive my abbreviation - by writing "pse" I meant short form of please!
The Help notes I'm referring to are the usual tips and advice one finds
when clicking on the "Help" button for programmes...
I tried the CD from Serif on which the Morpheus programme was supplied but there seems to be no "read me" file, which I'd expect to be able to
print out.

Grateful for any further steps I can take to locate the usual "read me" details.
