How to make animations

On the box it looks like you can make a photo into a cartoon character.I am still trying to find how to do this,but can't see where you can. I also don't see where you can change photos,such as making someone fatter or skinnier. The instructions aren't very clear. Do you have to come up with your own cartoon character, or can you make it turn into one? If not, does anyone know where you can find that kind of software? The picture on the box is misleading,it looks like you can take any portrait of anyone and turn it into a cartoon. Maybe Morpheus photo animation suite can't do that? Thanx.

Please read through the tutorials on morphing and warping at http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheu ... torial.php which are also included with the program. Morphing requires you to start with at least two of your own pictures, to animate one turning into the other. Warping lets you distort a single picture such as making somebody appear to be fatter/thinner.
