confused and need help

I am a newbie to computers. I cant seem to save my layout. What do I do to save and use on myspace, yahoo 360 and other sites? :?

Your layout can only be used in Morpheus to edit your work. You need to render your morph to a file which those sites accept such as GIF, AVI, or Flash SWF.
