Upgrade Purchase

I currently own the Morpheus Photo Animation Suite. Under your Home page's Products tab I see new full versions for Professional and Industrial versions. Do you offer the purchase of upgrades to recently purchased packages or is a full package purchase required? Thank you. :lol:

You can upgrade for the difference in price between editions, just select the Upgrade Discount from the purchase page on our website and enter your previous activation code when prompted.

Upgrading from the Standard to Professional version is not an option on the Purchase link on the Home site. Only upgrade to the Industrial version is available.

How do you determine an Activation Code? I have the number from the sleeve of the software CD. :lol:

Upgrading from Standard to Professional is an option, but not if you already have Professional. Your activation code is the 16 letter/number code you need to install or unlock the program. It is the only code or number used for anything related to Morpheus products.

Using the links to respond to this email dated 03/25/2007 9:26:37pm, revealed numerous conflicting prices, pages with pre-inserted item amounts and tallies. References to an "Update Total" button that did not exist. No phone number to call to complete an order with a human. All I want is to purchase an Upgrade from my Animated Suite version to eith the Pro or Industrial Suite and Backup CD.

Please assist me in this purchase attempt details.

Select the Upgrade Discount option to get your upgrade discount. There are no conflicting prices, but perhaps you are seeing prices for other programs like just Morpher or Warper?
