Rendered my project as an animated gif, put it in a folder, looked in the folder and tryed to play it and the frame that was visible was distorted and it didn't play to the end. Did I miss something? :(

What program did you play the GIF with? Some image viewing programs may only show the first still frame of a GIF. Typically they are best played in your web browser.

O.K. My gif played all the way through in Netscape and also Internet Explorer, but, it is still distorted and blurred. :cry:

Render your animation to other file formats such as SWF. GIFs are always limited to 256 colors because of the nature of the GIF format, where as SWF will allow all 16 million colors. Distortion may simply be because of how you created the morphs though. Check how the morph plays in the preview window inside the program.
