wont let me save pics

i just bought this and now it wont let me save my pics i do.. it saved only 3 and now nothing...it wont save in gif or anything else
can any1 help!?!?!?!?

Can you provide some more information about what you are trying to do?
What program and version are you using?
What menu option or button are you selecting?

im using the morpheus suite 300 its not letting me save my pics in the format of gif jpg ect.... it did 3 of them now nothing.... i just got it 2 days ago so i dont know
