Rewind a warp to use it again

Postby Torsten » Sun Sep 10, 2006 5:53 am

Yesterday I bought the Morpheus Photo Animation Suite Industrial and I already created some neat results... :)

Right now I'm trying to do many warps in one project. Let's say:

Warp1:
W1 Start - Picture A (this is the original one)
W1 End - Picture A1 (this is the first modified picture)

Warp2:
W2 Start - Picture A
W2 End - Picture A2 (this is the second modified picture)

What I would like to do is to create a sequence between Warp1 and Warp2 to "rewind" from picture A1 to the orignal picture A (this should be done the exact way as the warp from picture A to A1, only backwards). Right now there is a sharp cut from picture A1 to picture A.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Regards from Germany,

Torsten

P.S.: If I try to undo the deletion of a number of points the program crashes. :(

Add a warp to your timeline so that you have three total warps, then you can copy and paste dots between the pictures on the first and second warp.
Go into the Morph Options window for Warp 2 and uncheck Starting Picture under What to Render. This will make the warp run backwards (end at the real picture instead of start with the real picture).
Then just copy all of the dots from Warp 1 Start to Warp 2 End, and copy all fo the dots from Warp 1 End to Warp 2 Start. You can use the Select Dots tool, click on the warp picture you want, and just press Ctrl+A to select all, and Ctrl+C to copy, then click on the other picture and press Ctrl+V to paste.

If you have a reproducable set of steps you can use to crash the program, please submit a bug report by posting on the Bug Reports forum and it will be looked at.
