The easiest way is to use the layout wizard which shows automatically when you first start the program. Select the "Create a series of morphs using 3 or more pictures" option. On the next page you can load as many pictures as you want, and use the arrow up and down buttons to place them in the order you want them to morph.

Otherwise, you can drag pictures from explorer into the Timeline window to append a new morph to your timeline. This has the same effect as clicking the Add Morph button in the Timeline window then loading a picture into the newly created blank picture area.
To open two of the pictures side-by-side to place dots on them, doubleclick on the buttons on the Timeline above the pictures which are labeled Morph 1 and Morph 2, etc.

Sooo close. Am I able to re-order the pictures from the Timeline window. It is much easier to get a feel for how the flow would be. Doing a tree over several years of growth. So not only need to morph, but need to morph in a particularsequence. I would like to be able to re-order the time line itself.

You can add, insert or delete morphs from the Timeline, but you cannot re-order them. You can also right-click and load different pictures into each picture box from the Timeline window though.
