Activation Code

I purchased the program through my work network. I cannot get the activation code to work - probably due to the firewall which I have no control over. What can I do to activate and begin using the program?

Please email support, you can activate by email by copying and pasting some codes.

Please help, I have a class full of students who really want to use this software for an upcoming project.

You should email support@ instead of sales@ for issues that do not need to be public on the forums such as this. Sales may respond but it will take them longer than it takes support.
