Can't open morpheus even though i purchased it

I had the trial for morpheus last week and then it ran out. i purchased it online on friday and the activation code was "for a different product". I figured this was because the purchased product was different from the trial one so i deleted my trial version but now it won't download from the link in my activation email. help! otherwise i have wasted my money!

I have just realised it all might be because i bought the standard version and not the mac version!! can i change refund and buy the mac version?
