I am using Premiere Pro for editing montages. When I output your product the quality of the AVI is not produciton ready. The pictures just fall apart. I have tried many variations in the output window with no luck.

All of the quality options are under your control. Check the size in Timeline Options (default is 320x240, you may want it bigger) as well as check the codec you select and options for that codec when rendering to AVI.

What codec should I be using? I have tried almost all of them some I get failures the others the quality is not good as stated earlier.
I need to be able to import this into Primere Pro for editing.

The choice of codec is up to you. Morpheus does not come with any codecs, they are all part of windows or things you installed separately on your own. Generally, MPEG-4 codecs are the newest and best quality type ones available today, such as DivX, XviD, etc.
