Purchased-Activated Version Dropped all Video output options

Postby plandrum » Tue May 30, 2006 7:39 am

I purchased, and activated Morpheus Photo Morpher... whereas the trial version allowed me to render the timeline into an AVI video file, when I activated the newly purchased version... I lost all video output options! What is up with that?

I also purchased, and activated the Morpheus Photo Animation Suite... The same exact thing happened!!! The need I have requires being able to export to either AVI or Mpeg 2, or at the very least WMV... I want my money back...:x

Did you purchase the Professional edition? AVI output is one of the features only available in the Professional edition or higher of either program.

It that Right or Ethical?

By the fact that the Trial version had AVI out-put, you must know that buyers would assume the purchased version would have the same option! How can you justify not having? I still want my money back!

The purchased version does have AVI output if you purchased the Professional edition. There is only 1 trial, which lets you try all features. This is clearly labeled on several places on our website including the product about page:

The comparison chart:

And even right on the purchase page:

If you would like to upgrade to the Professional edition, you can select the Upgrade Discount and upgrade for the difference in prices, so there is no loss to accidentally purchasing the Standard edition first.
