CRAHING ISSUE

Postby Lottiefla » Fri Apr 14, 2006 4:09 pm

I've purchased Morpheus PRO -- works ok to render with output to .swf or .gif, but when I try to render to .avi, I get an immediate error message telling me that the progam has experienced a problem and must be shut down.

WHY? The reason I bougt the program is to produce AVI files that I can use in family slideshows...

CAN YOU HELP?

Please check the revision of Morpheus that you have by right clicking on Morpheus.exe (or the installer's exe if you still have that) and verify if it is v3.00.4010 (or higher, in the future possibly). There are some buggy 3rd party codecs which are installed with some other software such as Nero 7 which can crash Morpheus revision v3.00.4000. A work-around was introduced as of revision v3.00.4010.

I have 3.0.4000.0 -- that I downloaded LAST NIGHT! Wouldn't I have downlaoded the most recent version when I purchased the software last night? When I check for updates, the message says, "THERE ARE NO UPDATES AVAILABLE". Please send me a link to get to the right download page. Thanks.

Did you purchase from a reseller? The new revision was available already on our website. It is only a slight update that most people would not need since there is only a couple minor bug fixes/work arounds introduced.
