We are trying to connect two PC's, each on a seperate LAN with different addresses, both behind a NAT, to play Joint Operations.
In our case networks are 192.168.0.0/24 and 10.1.0.0/24.
We have opened our routers for 213, and 32768-65536 (Joint Ops ports). We have a GIT tunnel between the two hosts up using TCP connect/listen. It shows OK in the connection status.
We tunnel all broadcast traffic on the LAN using "Alter Source IP" to the external IP address (so that unicast replies to broadcasts are routable packets and can reach the source).
Still this setup does not seem to work but I do not see why.
Unfortunately, the mismatched LAN addresses disallow us to test pinging.
What did I miss? Thanks, LikeWise.
