Batch

Is there no batch processing with this?
It sure is tiresome to resize a few dozen pics to email.

No, it's not likely the same settings (size/quality) are good for every picture.

Batch

Postby Neomite » Mon Jul 04, 2005 3:29 pm

Actually, all the pics I am converting are the same size/dimensions and quality. There are taken from a digital camera but are too big to email, so I end up opening them up one by one and setting the new size and quality over and over. I can open multiple pics but only work on one at a time. I can do batch in PS but this program is sooo much more convenient and easy to use on the fly.

I agree with Neomite. I have a specific size I use for my web site, and I always want the same quality. The same is true with the email pictures I send. Being able to batch these would be a tremendous help.

It seems like it would be easy to freeze and unfreeze the quality, size and speed settings in order to process a batch of pictures, even if there was not a "real" batch mode.

It would also be nice if the program would remember where it fetched its last file from, and for that matter, where it saved the last one, too.
