I DO NOT USE OUTLOOK EXPRESS OR EUDORA, ETC. HOW CAN I SEND PICTURES AS ATTACHMENTS TO E-MAIL USING COMPUSERVE OR AOL?

You must use a email program that supports MAPI.

WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE FOR ME TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF THE $19
THAT I PAID FOR THIS SOFTWARE SINCE I AM UNABLE TO USE IT
WITH AOL OR COMPUSERVE? I WILL BE GLAD TO ERASE IT FROM MY
HARD DRIVE AS I CANNOT USE IT WITH MY CURRENT ISP. I AM VERY
DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS PROGRAM CANNOT BE USED WITH AOL OR
COMPUSERVE. I LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVNG A REPLY FROM YOU.
SINCERELY,
LAMAR BROWN

You can still use Photo Compressor to compress your picture files and change the size of them, which is the primary function of the program. You will just have to save the files back to your hard drive. The email picture button is just one option in the program and requires that you use a MAPI email client. Perhaps AOL or Compuserve can be set up to use MAPI, but you will have to contact them for more information. You can always save a picture to disk and then attach it like you normally would attach any other file to a normal email too.
