Anytime I try to enter my activation code I get this response:

Unrecognized Response Command from server.

I don't see anything obvious that might be causing this.
I was finally able to get morpher to start but it said after the 2nd picture I was trying to morph that I had run out of Trial Period time. I just bought it so don't understand that msg either. Also had a problem with it totally locking up my laptop (WinXP SP2) but found a way to get past that. Not real happy yet with this software, but willing to try to get the problem rectified. Not going to wait forever though.

You must be behind a proxy and thus not have normal direct internet access. That error message is coming from your proxy, not from Morpheus, as can be seen by the bp1ancpx002.bp1.ad.bp.com.

OK, so what do you suggest I do to rectify this problem? I guess one problem I'm having is understanding how I can download the software, install it but can't activate it. Is there a go-around or some other method or do you just want to refund my money now?

One thing to note is that you are probably using v1.85, not v3.00 because v3.00 doesn't report such an error anymore with the entire proxy text. You can email support though with your activation code to see if you can activate by email instead.

So how does that work? If I bought V3.0, which I did, how did it download the older version? My receipt clearly shows ver 3.0 of morpher.
I just checked the version and it is 1.85.3555.285. So how do I get the right version that I paid for?

I also bought Morpheus Photo Animator which is ver 3.0.4000.285.

That order number is not from us, so you most likely did not order directly from us on our website, but instead ordered from a reseller. I'm not sure which product Morpheus Photo Animator refers to, but our main four products are called Morpheus Photo Morpher, Morpheus Photo Warper, Morpheus Photo Mixer, Morpheus Photo Animation Suite. Morpheus v1.85 is no longer for sale since March on our website since it has been replaced by v3.00.
For more details about your order or downloads, you would need to contact the reseller you purchased from, since we do not have records of orders placed on other websites.

I got an email from your company for a "Special Offer" for this software and the receipt I have says Morpheus Photo Morpher 3.0 but that is not what I got. I got version 1.85.3555.285

How do I get the correct version?

I would guess that you ordered from Broderbund, which is not the same company as us. Also, the email you received was most likely from them, since there was no such email offer sent by us recently.
While I am curious if Broderbund is really putting v3.00 on the receipt and only giving v1.85, there won't be any way we can change that directly. Please email support directly and include a full copy of your receipt and download links and perhaps we can shed some more light on this for you.
