Morpheus crashes.

I have just purchased morpheus from its website. Installation was ok. Program ran ok for first run, then i started to get XP telling me Moppheus had encountered errors and would have to close down. Having seen others are having problems downloaded SysRep results as follows:

Computer is a 2.4 P4 512mb memory running XP SP2

Any help would be appriciated.

The version numbers of those files seem fine. Unless they are corrupt or virus infected. Please try scanning for viruses/spyware and then also try disabling other programs from running in the background when running Morpheus.

With reference to your reply to my problem, I have tried all you have suggested including downloading a new copy from your site and reinstalling. Same problems occur. As a check I installed it on to a dell laptop with a clean install of XP sp2, guess what same problems.

Where are you redownloading Morpheus from exactly?
What other programs do you have running at the time>

Just like a number of other contributors, my V1.85 Morpheus consistently crashes in Windows XP.

Nothing running in the background. No virus in system. The Morpheus SW has a fault.

Please notify me of an upgrade which fixes the problem or let me know how to get my money back.

I am not very technical and using this to morph faces for a psych experiment. It is a very hard software to use anyway, but now after hours of work, it keeps crashing every time I hit the move dots button. I have noticed several other customers having this problem. What can I do to stop this from happening. It was frustrating enough to have to upgrade to the Pro version to do my simple morphing.
