Can't load photos - Out of Memory Error

I just purchased Morpheus (again -- lost activation code from last time and have different email now). At any rate, bought the PRO version, wanting to morph several photos in a row. When I load photos (even one) I get an OUT OF MEMORY error message. I'm running Windows VISTA with 6 GB of ram. No way it's a memory issue for one photo! HELP. Please.

What format is the image in? How big is it in pixels? The images need to be decompressed and loaded into memory and take up more space there than they do on your hard drive. Also, Morpheus is a 32-bit program and limited by the operating system to basically 2GB total, regardless of the amount of system RAM you have.
