Morpheus will not oepn

I have a user who is getting error "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
I have disabled firewall, antivirus software but same result. The user account is member of domain but also had local admin prvileges. This is happening on multiple machines. If we use domain user accounts, we get this message. If I manually create a local user account and log in to the system using that account, the application will come up. I am using Win XP Pro. Any help is resolving this issue is appreciated.

That error is not coming from Morpheus. You probably need to adjust the permissions on your domain accounts, but I would not have the specifics of what or why. I do know other users have used Morpheus under Terminal Services and Citrix without issues, and there is nothing about Morpheus that absolutely requires admin privs other than the one-time activation process.
