Morpheus keeps shutting down

Hi,
this is about the 4th or 5th time, that the program shuts down on me, while I am at work.
I unabled the "Check for new updates", but it still happened afterwards.
It is disgusting, because one has to do the wohole thing over. I am at a mind, to give the software back, since my 30 days are not over yet.
Can anybody help me? I did send reports to apple, but did not hear anything from them.

Please make sure you close the program and restart it after unchecking that option, or it will not take effect right away.

I did. And just now it quit on me again!!! I took photographs of the report and sent it to morpheus directly. Hope somebody comes upt with a soulution, because i would much like to keep the software!!
