I have the photo morpher 3.0 for Mac. The animation worked when I shared it in emails with the trial version. Now that I've purchased it, it won't come up in the emails or in the web link. It says it was successful.
Why doesn't it work now?

There is nothing different about the trial vs activated version as far as sharing animations goes. It is entirely possible that your ISP is simply blocking you from receiving the emails at times.
