I get a message "new upgrade available" when loading programme version 3.00. when I try to upgrade to version 3.01 I get a message quote...." An error accurred while trying to replace the existing file:DeleteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied" Can anyone help please?

You are probably still running Morpheus v3.00 when trying to install v3.01 so it cannot replace the files. You must close down any running programs when installing any program as a general rule.
