Transparency

Postby martoons » Wed Aug 24, 2016 11:21 am

I just upgraded to the Industrial version and am trying to render a simple animated GIF with a transparent background. the source files have been exported from photoshop as 24 bit PNG files with transparent background to create a 32bit PNG file.
WHne brought into Morpheus there is oddly shaped black where the transparency should be (the background). As i understand it, Morpheus won't display the transpanrent background but should render it. Unfortunately this is not happening. The black background is visible in the animated GIF i render.
I have followed the instructions given in the forum to prepare & render a transparent background but it isn't working.
Thanks.
