Sometimes the OS X operating system "helpfully" keeps a copy of every installer you have ever installed on your computer, even if you delete the software later. OS X may prevent you from installing upgrade or reinstalling the software at times, unless you delete the copy of the installer that OS X has stored.
Use the menu option in Finder: Go -> Go to Folder and enter: /private/var/db/receipts/
Please check for all files that start with Morpheus as well as net.morpheussoftware.Morpheus
All of these files related to Morpheus are safe to delete. Delete them and then reinstall the software.
*On older versions of OS X, you may need to navigate to /Library/Receipts/ instead of /private/var/db/receipts/
