Hi although I have the professional version of photo morpher

When I do a timeline rendering I can save as .mov or .avi file but I can not open it with quicktime (newest version). It is not recognized. If I check the file in the apple finer the mov. file saved has 0 KB ?!?! I think the problem is located in saving. I changed the settings in the timeline option menu without success. Did not find any help in the tutorial:

Any ideas or suggestions?

kept on searching and trying,

the only player which works on OS x on my computer with avi files is VLC. But I like to use morpheus in keynote ( which worked nicly on an older OS version) so I need t to work on mov files in quicktime. I loaded serveral codecs, older quicktime player, converted avi to moov files, reloaded and activated morpheus etc.etc. Nothing works???
Any ideas please
