Output Quality Poor

I am trying to create a morph using 5 jpeg images to import through Quicktime into Final Cut Pro. I have the render speed set to 1. I have tried outputting to Quicktime as an Mpeg-4, H.264 and HDV 1080i60. All results have poor imaging with a lot of pixelation in Quicktime and Final Cut Pro. Frame rate set to 29.97, quality set to high, companion HTML file is checked, dimensions set to compressor native (but I have tried to match 1080i60 with 1080i60 all to no avail). Can someone please give me some advice? I am also finding that this program quits in succession without any pattern to it. I'm getting frustrated.

You must set the size (width/height) of your animation in the Timeline Options window. It does not matter what width/height you set in the Quicktime options, because that will not affect the size Morpheus renders.

Thank you for the reply. Since I am trying to import into an HDV 1080i60 file, can you please give some guidance as to the file size range I ought to be trying? Many thanks.

I would suggest 1920x1080 for the size of your animation then.
