Morpheus Software Support Forums

Since purchace, I have never been able to have Morpheus open my .jpg or .tif files. For the sample files attached to the software, there is no problem. I am working with Mac Pro Quad-Core Intel Xeon, on OS X 10.6.6. I tried to do the same thing and got the identical result with my older one, Power Mac G5, on OS X 10.4.? . How can I manage this trouble? Will you show me what kind of files can be opened or can not be opened? Please reply in all sincerity...... Did I pay for nothing?

Both JPG and TIF files are supported to load when using the Load Picture button to load them into the picture window. If you are attempting to load them with File/Open Layout that is the wrong choice, as you can only open workspace layout files (*.aml) that way. What is the error message you are seeing specifically?
