When I go to "render Timeline" there is not an option to save it in Apple's quicktime. How do I save a morph to use in Apple's Keynote presentation program?

That is the program and O/S. Did you purchase the Standard or Professional edition?

Quicktime output is available in the Professional edition. If you want, you can upgrade for the difference in price from the Standard edition.
