I am more interested in being able to access all the still images created in the morph. I am not so interested in the animation, but in accessing the individual images created between beginning and end. How can I make sure that the "in between" images are of the highest resolution compared to the original images used? They look very pixelated to me when I open them in photoshop. I use the jpeg option.

You can render to a series of PNG files so that JPEG quality is not an issue. You can also increase the size of your morph in Timeline Options so that the pictures are larger.
