Network crashes when using GiT+WinXP+RTL8139

AXP2100
512Mb DDR333
nForce2 mobo
WINXP
I am behind NAT(local ip 10.0.0.20, routers ip 10.0.0.2) say my ip is 62.62.62.62, I have selected "Alter SOurce IP for NAT" and given my local ip=10.0.0.20 and external = 62.62.62.62
Problem:
My network just crashes, it disconnects from IRC&TS eg. Only way to get it work is to boot. But then it works again. This crash happens when I am in a game lobby eg WC3, I can get in to the lobby but soon it crahes my net. I just cannot figure out what is wrong.
