We are trying to play diablo II LOD with GIT; 2 LANs and we cant connect to each other. Server set to TCP listen and client set to TCP connect. We are able to play UT2004 and starcraft so far, but we wanna play diablo II; any suggestions? Both are setup as DMZ.

I don't have diablo ii, so I have no experience with that game.

But according to portforward.com's list of common ports, it looks like you'll have to forward tcp/udp ports 6112-6119 and 4000 in GIT's configuration screen.

also, for advanced config, make sure these are checkmarked:
802.2
ethernet ii
arp
zlib
tcp
udp
icmp
also match source port
don't send routable

No other checkboxes should be checked, and no boxes should have ip's or anything in them.

good luck

No need to use GIT...
Just use TCP/IP Game and type in the host's IP and voilá
