No Connection. What can I do ?

My Problem with GIT :
I registered the IP-Adress from my friend. The port is the same. My friend is the host and he makes TCP listen and I choosed TCP connect. We tried nearly everything. But it doesn´t work correctly. I have a Router.
My connection Status : FAILED (could not connect to host) retrying...
disconnected at Wed Nov 03 16:32:16 2004
