Can GIT be used for dial up connection

I got pandora tomorrow and i wanna play online with my friends.But wenever i go to find a session in LAN it says no match found.Is it bcoz of Dialup?

Check previous topics about Splinter Cell 2. If it still dont work if you use my guide, then it might be your PPP connection. Winpcap usually reboots your computer or gives you a bluescreen if it cant be used though.
