distorting image

When I preview the morph it looks good but when I save it and view it from my saved file it looks all distorted. How do I fix this?

Use the default options. You may be changing options such as the JPEG quality or render speed/quality trade-off options. Or, you may simply be rendering to an Animated GIF and GIFs are low quality no matter what you do, just because of the nature of GIF files.
