I purchased Morpeus Photo Animation Suite v3.00 Professional and a Morpheus Animation Suite Backup CD on order # 1174958831-16115-LP3.
I have received the backup CD but it was for the Standard Suite and nothinf for the Professional suite and I am unable to download it.

The CD you received is for Morpheus Photo Animation Suite v3.00 - the Professional comes from ending your new Professional activation code into the program.

I installed the Standard Suite CD and entered Activation code 3 times and still the software package did NOT reflect Professional version ordered. How do I get what I paid for?

Enter only your Professional edition activation code, use Help/Activate Morpheus to enter your code. You never need to reinstall the program to upgrade to a higher edition. Check Help/About Morpheus to see the current edition.
