Never Received access code

Purchased the software but never received an email with confirmation or access code! Help!!!!

For more specific help, you might want to email our support address, because we do not allow posting of private information such as your activation code here where anybody could see it.
It is impossible to not get sent your activation code assuming you purchased and made the payment succesfully. An email is sent to your email address instantly, containing all of the details you need to activate. You can request duplicates of this email on our website by selecting Locate Order from the Buy menu. It seems that sometimes people block these emails either because they are using one of those "verify" email services that requires some human to follow some link and verify some image before the email gets sent, or their ISP is blocking the email. In either case, it is up to you to find out why exactly you are not receiving email.

Purchased the software but never received an email with access code! I did how ever recive a blank emailand I have also recived an email by use of locate order on your web site and recived another blank email subject line has order number but it is a blank page whats up with that

"Blank emails" have been reported by a couple people now and then, and in every case the problem was with that person's email program. They had it set up in such a way as to somehow ignore most of the email formatting such that it ends up displaying white text on a white background. Selecting the text will show it, but the better solution would be to find the option in your email program to properly display your emails.
