For more specific help, you might want to email our support address, because we do not allow posting of private information such as your activation code here where anybody could see it.
It is impossible to not get sent your activation code assuming you purchased and made the payment succesfully. An email is sent to your email address instantly, containing all of the details you need to activate. You can request duplicates of this email on our website by selecting Locate Order from the Buy menu. It seems that sometimes people block these emails either because they are using one of those "verify" email services that requires some human to follow some link and verify some image before the email gets sent, or their ISP is blocking the email. In either case, it is up to you to find out why exactly you are not receiving email.
