In the tutorial for photomix, the example uses three different colored dots for the purposes of selecting areas for blending. How do I a) place dots on pictures with a particular color that will remain that color when I want to choose another color, and b) how do I select these dots on the basis of their color for blending?

You can set the default color or color cycle for the dots as well as select a dot or group of dots and set them all to a particular color. Please see http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheu ... dots-lines for more information.
