After upgrading an expired trial version of Morpeus photo morpher to a full version the following occurs

When trying to preview, nothing plays, except if i manually drag the handle.

Is there a registry cleaner, is using it at work now behind a firewal la problem?

TIA

Please redownload and reinstall the latest installer from our website, which should be v3.00.4065 at this time.

Preview not active-I already tried reinstalling

I see several posts with a similar problem that I am experiencing. The software seems to be working as intended however several features including preview are greyed out and not available to me.

I saw in other posts the recommendation to reinstall the latest version from the website which I did however I am experiencing the same problem.

I am running an updated version Windows XP SP2. Please help me to resolve.

Regards,
Bob

Which specific features are not available for you? Which edition did you purchase?

I purchased the Photo Animation Suite version 3.0 from Comp USA.

Thanks,
Bob

Which features are you trying to use? The boxed version that is resold currently by Comp USA is the Standard edition only. They do not carry the Professional or Industrial editions.

Can you please explain in more detail what steps you are doing in the program and what exactly happens or doesn't happen along the way? If you are creating Photo Mixes instead of morphs or warps, those are not animated, so there is only a single frame in the Preview Window to look at.

Never mind. I believe I figured out the problem. Apparently I have to select Preview in the view menu bar in order for the preview window to open and for the preview function to be enabled in the preview menu.

Thanks,
Bob

Yes, that is true. By default the Preview Window is shown, but if you closed it on purpose or by accident, then you can't preview until you re-show the window with View/Preview.
