i read the previous topic "file error"
then i followed your method and
i downloaded the lastest version
but i still have got the same problem

my version is morpheus v.185 pro

i can open your sample
and then open again

but i can't open your sample to edit the photo (load other photo)or to make a new layout to save
and then open again

when i open the file ,the message "Error parsing XML File" pop up !

what is the problem, How can i solve it?

As stated in the previous thread - If you purchased Morpheus from ACD, you need to download the newer version from them, otherwise, at this time, the latest version of Morpheus is v1.85 revision 3543. The installer should be 3,350,510 bytes or else you do not have the latest version.

yes, i found the number in
C:\ProgramFiles\MorpheusSoftware\morpheus.exe

right click ->properties->version
File version is 1.85.0.3543
is it the lastest version??

I just purchased Morpheus, after using the trial version. I am unable to open the .AML file that I created with the trial version. I tried removing both versions, including the Morpheus folder under Program Files, and reinstalling. I am getting a message that says "Error parsing XML file". I tried re-downloading and reinstalling the software, and am still getting that message.

The file size that I keep getting from ACD-Digital River is 3,161,482 bytes.

I have version 1.85, revision 3540.

Please help.

If you have revision 3540, ACD is not providing you with the correct version, even though the updated version was provided to them in November 2003. Unfortunately you cannot get a version from our website that will accept ACD's license code, so you must get revision 3542 from ACD in order for the program to function properly.
