Morpheus has encountered a problem and needs to close

I GOT MORPHER PRO V3.0.4024.272, IT KEEPS CRUSHING WHEN OPENING THE PROGRAM, -Morpheus has encountered a problem and needs to close- I ALSO HAVE NERO 7 & PINNACLE 10... IT STARTED TO CRASH THE FIRST TIME I RENDERED AN AVI. FILE....WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? HELP.

There are no known problems with Morpheus at this time. It may be more likely that some other piece of software such as a virus or spyware may be affecting your system. Can you reproduce the crash in an exact and specific way or does it happen seemingly at random?

the crash occures in an exact and specific way, i click the morpheus icon
to open the program and the notification window appears: -MORPHEUS HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE- i allready check for virus and spywares and found nothing, remove nero 7, i reinstall the program, also downloaded the latest version that you have on your webpage and remove the old installation and install the version
3.0.4040.272 and still having the same problem,every thing else on my pc works fine but your program. i try to open the program and the notification appears, i send the report of it, to you.
at this point i need to ask you for my money back, i tought it would be a good program, but for what a read on your support forums, im not the only person whit this problem,you are having lots of unsolved problems, and costumers are usually very upset about costumer service allways trying to blame something else, and the relayability of your products, i dont know... Did i end up paying $60.00 for nothing? i dont think so. if you can not fix this i will cancel the credit card payment, sorry.

If you would like to work with support, please email them directly from the link at the top of this page and they can try to determine what exactly is causing the error. At this time, there are no other known users having similar issues or other crashes at all. Certain debug options can be enabled to try to locate where the problem is happening but it will take some time to go back and forth and locate the problem.

The problem was located and not part of Morpheus, but a work-around was created. An updated build to work-around the problem found with Windows and hiding the status bar while having a blank floating toolbar has been posted on our website.
