Hi everybody
I can't send my animation to be shown on Animania blog. I have the message telling that my software got to be autorized to go on the internet. How do I do to autorize my Morpheus software to go on the internet.
Thank you

If you are using the function built into the program under the Share menu, and it cannot send your morph, then it is because of some software running on your computer, or a firewall you may be behind. Unfortunately, since each firewall, proxy, and Internet security type program you may be running is different, we cannot support configuring them. You must set any such program you are using to allow Morpheus normal access to the Internet, or it will be unable to reach our website to submit the morph.
No access to Animania

Hi Ark
I didn't mention a thing to be shorter. I succeed once to send an animation witch is Helene morphing to a tiger. You will see it on Animania.
I don't have firewall. I disable my antivirus.Do you believe that a reinstallation of Morpheus software may help fix my problem?
Thank you for your help

I doubt reinstallation of Morpheus would change anything. If you could get through once (at the same location, with the same computer, and same ISP) but not anymore, then the most likely cause would be some sort of software such as an Internet Security type program which pops up a box asking you if you want to allow or deny Morpheus internet access when you try to send the morph. A lot of times those programs pop up boxes were the default, or one of the first choices, is something like "always deny this program and never ask me again". The only way to change that is to go into the security program and remove the entry in its configuration which tells it to deny Morpheus. Even disabling the security type program may result in Morpheus still being blocked.
