I'm a new user ... emailed 1st morphed photo yesterday. No problem.
Today I created a new morph and tried to email it but get an error message suggesting to inactivate firewall, security settings, etc.

O.K. I inactivated the firewall. turned IE security to lowest level, inactivated the virus checker and tried sending again. Get same error message. Tried resending yesterday's morph ... get same error message.

Using AOL 7.0 security edition.

Solution?

The built-in share morph feature emails the morph from our website, and in order to upload your morph, a normal HTTP connection must be made to our website.
If you are getting an error such as that, it is not something Morpheus can get around. You must check your settings and/or contact AOL for more information about what is blocking Morpheus.

Hi Bill,

I use AOL 9.0 and seem to remember having similair problems for a time. I might have been trying to use the high quality setting instead of the lower one in the email options select section just prior to inserting in email. The last time I tried to send a morph within the body of the email using Flash it worked fine. That was some time ago, though. Have you tried both options?

Hamish.
